Requirements for Placing an Employment Advertisement.

Please keep in mind we do this for free, yes free.   We do not charge for placing your advertisement on our web site because we want to help our chapter members as well as employers find a good match.

Requirements
An employer must have "either" a corporate web site or a yellow-page listing with a listed phone number(s) and a street address (no P.O. boxes).  We consider the safety of our members personal information "our" personal responsibility.  Health-Care providers are exempt from this requirement.

A job(s) must be "direct hire", this means no "agencies".  If you charge a fee and or get a commission for finding or helping to find a job candidate we consider you to be an "agency".

Job listings will run for thirty days unless we are notified otherwise and it is the responsibility of the hiring entity to extend a listing.  To extend a listing simply email us and let us know, we will be glad to continue running your ad.  We would also appreciate a heads-up email that a job has been filled so we can pull your ad.

Requests for an ad listing should be in plain text, no "html" or any type of "scripts" are allowed.  Only Direct Links such as: an email address, to the companies "home page" or to a page providing additional specific information about a job(s) are allowed and encouraged.

We have a generous size limit as to how much ad space you may use, but please keep your ad copy relevant to the job offered.

Corporate Logos
If you have a logo we will be glad to display it with your ad and we will make your logo with a clickable link to your homepage if you desire.  We understand that your logo is your intellectual property and we will only use it for the purposes of displaying your job advertisement on our web site.  A logo image file should be in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .png image formats.  Please keep your logo file size limited to one (1) megabyte or smaller if possible.  If you can not meet the image format requirement, send us whatever you have and we will gladly format it for you.  Your logo will most likely be top left aligned in your ad.  We will keep your logo archived so that future job openings from you will only require a text email to have it run on our web site.
